Please take note that Afriguide Tours® does not provide personal insurance cover on any of the services provided.

Rates quoted below include the personal services of a qualified Tour Guide / Chauffeur and vehicle usage of up to 250Km of travel per day for one to six persons sharing.   These rates do not include meals, entry fees, accommodation or any other incidental costs. 


Airport / Hotel or other transfers
(By previous arrangement / booking)

R350.00 per transfer / trip for one to 4 persons sharing.   This would apply to shuttle services to and from Cape Town International Airport to City center or any other destination within a 75km radius of Cape Town City center.

Normal Daily Rate
(09h00 to 17h00)
R1750.00 per day for one to six persons sharing and up to 250km travel

Half Day Rate
(13h00 to 17h00)
R875.00 per day for one to six persons sharing and up to 150km travel    

Chauffeur Drive

R210.00 per hour or part thereof

Special needs clients can be catered for by prior arrangement

Afriguide Tours® Standard Terms and Conditions of Service
  • Unless otherwise stated quoted prices do not include any entry fees, transport, meals or any other incidental costs.
  • You are required to have your own personal travel insurance. 
  • Preferred method of payment is by cash deposit paid in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of R450.00 will be applicable for all confirmed bookings.
  • Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for approved clients.
  • Please take note that Afriguide Tours® and its personnel will not be held responsible or held liable for any personal injury or claims in respect of loss or damage to any personal property.
  • Afriguide Tours reserves the right not to accept requests for tours or to terminate any tours at its own discretion.
  • Afriguide Tours may change the rates (prices) of services provided at its own discretion and without prior notification.
  • Use of any of the services provided by Afriguide Tours® implies full acceptance of the Standard Terms and Conditions as detailed above.
